JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our retail store.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Recruiting and hiring new employees.
2. Managing employee on boarding and orientation.
3. Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
4. Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
5. Managing HR policies and procedures.
6. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
7. Organizing training and development programs.
8. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
9. Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
10. Assisting with HR-related reporting and analytics.
EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline
b. Technical Education :- MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience :- 2 years

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Fluent in English
b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
c. Leadership skills.
d. Knowledge of MS Excel ,Tally & Accounting Software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
