The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. This role is responsible for the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Conduct new employee orientations ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Manage employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts.
• Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for employee grievances and complaints.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Assist in payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Manage enrollment and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Develop and implement employee development programs.
• HR Grievances:
• Ensure provide resolution to employee grievances.
• Policy and Procedure Management:
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively and adhered to.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
