Roles & Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Staffing:**

- Mediation and conflict resolution.

3. **Compensation and Benefits:**
- Administering payroll and managing compensation packages.
- Managing employee benefits programs.
- Ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
4. **Performance Management:**
- Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
- Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Providing feedback and coaching to employees.
5. **Training and Development:**
- Identifying training needs and creating development programs.
- Organizing and delivering training sessions.
- Tracking employee development and progress.
6. **Compliance and Legal:**
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Managing employee records and documentation.
- Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal standards.
7. **Policy Development and Implementation:**
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

8. **Health and Safety:**
- Coordinating workplace health and safety programs.

9. **HR Analytics and Reporting:**
