Job Title: HR Executive In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our company\'s most valuable asset - our people. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer letter.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a positive first impression.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and handle leave requests.
- Oversee the biometric system and address any related concerns.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
- MBA in HR or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a passion for HR.
