Here are some of the responsibilities of an HR recruiter:
Contract length: 9 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb916,000.00 per month Expected hours: No more than 48 per week Benefits:
- Recruitment planning: Design recruitment plans, which may include joining career fairs, sending emails, and posting on social media and job sites
- Sourcing candidates: Research and reach out to potential candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events
- Screening applications: Filter applications and screen resumes
- Interviewing: Schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions, and assist with the interview process
- Reference and background checks: Perform reference and background checks
- Negotiating job offers: Negotiate job offers
- Tracking hiring metrics: Track hiring metrics
- Maintaining relationships: Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
