Recruiting HR executive:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract quality candidates.
  • Maintain a candidate database and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
