Key responsibilities:
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and contribute to training and development planning.
• Coordinate staffing and recruitment processes.
• Strategize onboarding initiatives and conduct new employee orientations for a superior early experience.
• Payroll Processing and ensuring timely payment of challans.
• Propose and enhance employee relations practices to cultivate positive employer-employee relationships.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews, providing actionable recommendations based on insights.
• Advocate HR programs to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace.
• Candidate must be form Steel/Chemical/FMCD/FMCG/Engineering/Manufracturing Industry.
Experience - 2 - 5 years
Age limit- Upto 38
Qualification: Graduation
