Job Summary:
The HR Executive will manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves working closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and support the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues
• Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any field.
Experience:
Proven experience in an HR role, with a minimum of 1-2 years.
Salary- 15K - 20K
