Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with prior experience in HR, particularly in handling responsibilities such as managing payroll, onboarding new employees, and assisting in recruitment processes. School industry experience is considered a bonus. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced educational setting.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Payroll Management : Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement. Utilize HR software to manage payroll efficiently and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
2. Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, completing necessary documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Recruitment Support : Provide support to the HR team in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Assist in maintaining recruitment records and updating the applicant tracking system as needed.
4. Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as necessary. Foster positive employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
5. Compliance : HR will also take on the role of ensuring compliance with any local, state, and federal laws and regulations, managing risk, and updating HR records to ensure they are accurate.
6. Performance management: HR Executive work with managers to create performance management plans and oversee the entire process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development planning.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
