We are looking for someone who can help us in the end to end Recruitment process, Screening and Shortlisting the candidates from various job portals. Taking Interview & Finalizing them for 2 roles in our startup firm.


Freshers are welcome.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma
• Must be Female candidate
• Must have Good English Communications Skills
• Ready to Work from Whitefield, Bangalore Office
• Should able to Join Immediately (within 1-2 days)
• Computer, MS PPT, MS Word, Excel Knowledge is must
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping purposes
• Experience in HR Field will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires
• Screen Candidates using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Coordinate interviews, Follow up calls, emails & schedule appointments with selected applicants
• Maintaining records of all candidates, follow ups & updating remarks of shortlisted candidates
• Managing applicants from offer letter acceptance, till final onboarding process

Job Location & Working Hours:

•Whitefield, Bangalore (Near Altruist Business Hotel)•

•Job Shift Timing: 8 hours, 11am -7pm, Sunday Weekoff•

Salary & Contract Details:

•Total Contract Salary: Rs. 40,000, or Rs. 20,000 per hire•

•Fixed Salary: Rs. 20,000/month (even if no hires are done)•

•Maximum Contract Period: 2 months•

•Total Target Hires: 2•

•Skillful candidate can achieve the target in 1 week also, Rs. 40,000 will be paid in that case•

•If the performance is good, we can consider the candidate for the permanent HR Role•
