Position Overview:The HR Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and HR support to the HR executive team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department, including managing schedules, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR projects.Administrative Support:Manage and maintain calendars for HR executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations.Handle confidential information and maintain filing systems.Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.Employee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.HR Policy and Communication:Assist in drafting and distributing HR policies and procedures.Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.Communicate updates and changes in HR policies to staff.Performance Management:Assist in organizing performance review meetings and documentation.Track and follow up on performance management processes.Training and Development:Coordinate logistics for training sessions and development programs.Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing relevant training materials.Project Management:Support HR projects by tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.Compile and analyze HR metrics and prepare related reports.Event Coordination:Help organize company events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and HR meetings.Manage logistics and vendor coordination for events.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience:Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is highly desirable.Experience with HR practices, regulations, and HR software is an advantage.Skills:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and databases.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per monthSchedule:
