We are hiring for HR(HUMAN RESOURCE) JOB DECRIPTION: COMPANY NAME- RAILWORLD INDIA PVT.LTD POSITION: HR EXECUTIVE SALARY: 8,000-20,000pm (Freshers and experience both can apply ) WORK TIME- Full Time We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our growing company as an HR executive. As an HR Executive, you will perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, such as staff management, hiring processes, social welfare & archiving of HR records. You will also be responsible for updating HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company. Additionally, introducing changes in the human resources process is also part of the job. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Create and implement effective on boarding plans Develop training and development programs Assist in performance management processes Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance MANDATORY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability Understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its usage EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS A Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study). A diploma or certifications in relevant courses (online courses are also applicable) Minimum 0-2 years of experience working as an HR executive.
