• Spearhead recruitment efforts for digital marketing roles, identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Develop and execute an efficient onboarding process for new hires in the digital marketing team.
• Facilitate orientation sessions to integrate new employees into the company culture.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Work closely with team leads to establish and monitor performance metrics.
