About The Company:ARA's Client is one of the prominent Law Firm in Chandigarh which offers services in varied legal arenas. We provide legal and advisory services on regulatory and transactional fronts including representation in litigation before various courts and specialized tribunals spread across the Country. We partner with best legal networks to provide a nationwide reach to our client's business in line with their business objectives. However, our office remains a single point of contact for our clients and we own complete responsibility for our clients.The Role:We are looking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join the team as an HR to identify the process of the human resource department and handle payroll functions too.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Managing employee separation processes

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA in HR
• 2-5 years
