•HR EXECUTIVE •
Job Specification : Graduation + Experience in HR department for atleast 1 year.
:-
1. Candidate Databank: Maintaining & updating candidate's databank.
2. Recruitments:
? Screening of CV's in consultation with HOD's
? Scheduling and coordinating interviewsa.
Interview calls to candidates
b. Coordinating interviews
c. Coordinate with selection committee
d. Coordinating Salary discussion
e. Confirmation call to candidates
f. Issuing of letter of intent.
? To be sent for Medical Examination prior to joining.
? Reference Check credential verification before joining.
3. Joining Formalities:
? Compilation and Joining report.
? Prepare personnel file as per checklist.
? Follow-up for any pending documents.
? Coordinating meeting with MS/Administrator /Unit Head and seniors.
4. Induction:
? Induction coordination with HOD's
? Attendance of inductees
? Imparting Induction training
? Hospital rounds
5. Leave Management:
? Leave Record
? Compensatory off record
6. Time Office Management:
Up dating of data in software (Daily retrieval of data, Addition of new employees, Deletion
of departed employees).
7. Salary Preparation:
? Calculation of payable days (All employees- AIOR & STAFF).
? Keep track of any promised raise of salary.
? Prepare salary of all employees (by the eve of 5th of every month).
? Coordination with Accounts department.
8. Performance Management:
? New joinees' appraisal (after one month of joining).
? Confirmation appraisal (after 6 months).
? Any other / special appraisals.
? Yearly Appraisal.
9. Full and Final Settlements:
Preparation of full and final settlement of outgoing employees (by 15th day of the month)

10. Miscellaneous:
? Daily checking of attendance register - all
? To coordinate:
a. Monthly HOD's Meeting
b. Employee of the month (nominations, certificate, cash, poster on notice board
and employee's presence in the monthly meet).
? 'Thought for the day' to be send to everyone through internal mail & placed on the
Noticeboard.
? Wishing the staff on birthday through internal mail & placed it on the Notice board.
? Checking & updation of main Notice Board.
? Proper record keeping corresponding to all the above assigned tasks.
? Checking of HR e-mails
11. Others- To carry out any other activity, which comes within the scope of particular work
and may be desired by the management.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
