• KEEPING DAILY MOVEMENTS OF COMPANY VEHICLES IN SYSTEM GROUP
• DISCUSSION AND TEAM WORK FOR BETTER RESULT
• TAKE PART IN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
• KEEPING EMPLOYEE AND LABOUR ATTENDEES, OVERTIME AND LEAVE IN SYSTEM
• Requirements :
•
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably within the power generation or heavy industry sector.
• In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations pertinent to the Steel/Power/Cement plant industry.
