Job description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and mediation.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
