Job description The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the owners and directors of the company. She should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Directors behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Director of the company with any necessary meeting preparations and personal assignments. As a Part of job under HR/Executive Assistant post she would also be looking at the office Administration. Responsibilities
Management for Directors
Help in Scheduling & preparing for meetings with Clients.
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Administration of the office and staff.
All Follow ups for the Director and with the clients.
Managing the MD office with caring and cooperative nature.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and google sheets
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good and fluent in spoken and written English.
