Job Summary: The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. 2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. 3. Conduct initial screenings of applicants to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the positions. 4. Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 5. Assist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings. 6. Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates, including negotiations on terms and conditions when necessary. 7. Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings. 8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and informative communication. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and applicable labor laws and regulations. 10. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. - Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
