Position: HR and CRM Specialist Company: Maram Infra Projects Pvt Ltd (Real Estate and Construction) Job Summary:Maram Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in the real estate and construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR and CRM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing both Human Resources functions and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to ensure the smooth operation of the company\'s projects and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR): Recruitment and Staffing:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization.
Coordinate interviews, conduct evaluations, and manage the selection process.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations:Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events.
Handle disciplinary issues and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies. Performance Management:Collaborate with department managers to establish performance goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular assessments and performance reviews.
Assist in the development of training and development plans for employees to enhance their skills and career growth. HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to address their requirements. Project Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.
Provide clients with project updates, timelines, and progress reports.
Resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise. Client Database Management:Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database.
Track client interactions, communications, and project histories. Client Satisfaction:Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to continuously improve services.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions and/or CRM activities within the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
