We are looking for an HR Executive - Recruitment to join our team and help us identify and attract talent for both factory workers and staff positions.: As an HR Executive - Recruitment, your primary responsibility will be to manage our recruitment process for both factory workers and staff positions. You will use various methods such as campus recruitments, online ad posting, and other relevant channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for ensuring the joining formalities of new employees are registered on the PF and ESI portals, provide basic training, and solving grievances of the new recruits.Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both factory workers and staff positions.
Conducting campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events to source qualified candidates.
Posting job vacancies on online job portals and other relevant channels.
Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and recommending suitable candidates for job openings.
Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, placement consultants, and other recruitment sources.
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
Managing employee on boarding and orientation programs.
Registering new employees on the PF and ESI portals and ensuring compliance with all related regulations.
Providing basic training to new hires and answering their queries and grievances.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Result Areas:
Timely fulfilment of all job vacancies.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and selection.
Ensuring a smooth on boarding process for all new hires.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Providing basic training to new hires and answering their queries and grievances.
Key Performance Indicators:
Time to fill open job vacancies.
Recruitment cost per hire.
Recruitment yield ratio.
Employee satisfaction with the recruitment process.
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and selection.
Completion of all onboarding activities within the required time frame.
Accuracy and completeness of employee records and HR databases.
Employee satisfaction with the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
Experience in managing recruitment processes for both factory workers and staff positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and Application tracking System ( ATS) and Payroll.
Compensation
Monthly CTC of 31500-39500 depending on skills and experience of candidate
15 Days CL and 6 days SL per annum
Health Insurance of 2 Lakhs/person for the employee, spouse and 2 children
1 Month Gross Salary paid as Bonus during Diwali
