Job Description


  • Address grievances and resolve conflicts
  • Handle disciplinary matters and support union interactions, if applicable.
  • Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory registers and liaise with government authorities during inspections.
  • Ensure proper implementation of health and safety measures on the shop floor.
