These offices provide clients (businesses) with strategic assistance andplacement (marketing) services.Job position: HR Executive,Experience: 2 to 5 yearsLocation: Nehrunagar, AhmedabadWorking Hours: 2PM to 11PMWorking Days: 5 days a weekQualification: Any GraduateJob Responsibilities:Experience of handling employee strength of 100 or aboveAttendance & Payroll ManagementRecruitment of Staff as per company requirement.To co-ordinate with HR consultant.To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.To update & maintain all HR related records.Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.Employee Engagement ActivitiesEstablish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, Procedures, and policies.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Exceptional problem-solving skills.Ability to work individually.Outstanding leadership skills.Good presentation and consulting abilities.Benefits: Christmas holidays of 5 days, 1 leave for Diwali & Eid.
