What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) :
- Finding new talents from the Advertising and Marketing Industry who are looking for work.
- Shortlisting and Interviewing new candidates based on the requirements of the company.
- Negotiating Salaries for talented and experienced Candidates.
- Have a thorough understanding of the content and social media industry, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal teams.
