We will be looking forward to you participating in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Workday system while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines.As an HR Digital Snr Analyst - Support your primary focus will be the configuration and support of Workday system in various modules, the delivery of Workday enhancement requests and additional projects, and providing the required service support relating to incident management to meet business needs.You will be required to collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders, think creatively about solutions and balance business needs with system capabilities, while additionally thrive in an environment where you get to utilize your critical thinking, effective communication, and analytical skills.Accountabilities

  • Understand Workday implementation and configuration, while independently provide solutions to the issues raised by the users within agreed Service Level where required.
  • Support the resolution of multiple ticket types including Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements (Support process may include trouble shooting/root-cause identification, solution planning / ideation, and configuration as is relevant as well as performing quality control/quality assurance steps for other team members)
  • Contribute to team development and upskilling by supporting Leadership across the full spectrum of Workday support activities, when needed.
  • Analyze incidents for themes relating to technical issues or end user training requirements and progress for the required resolution.
  • Monitor and continuously refine our HR Systems internal Knowledge Base, utilizing analysis of incidents to provide a common understanding of Workday, in order to maintain guides updated and accurate.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement existing configurations or processes, considering BAU learnings, trends analysis and recurring issues.
  • Partner with members of the wider HR Systems team, such as HR Systems Delivery Team, for knowledge sharing, alignment, and upskilling.
  • Identify and recommend business process improvements within Workday, and/or system optimization opportunities to better align with business needs.
  • Proactively and continuously pursue skills and professional development and training, and acquire new technical knowledge and abilities.
QualificationsKnowledge, experience & capabilities
  • A strong understanding of HRMS design, structure, functionality, and business processes.
  • Robust Workday Core HCM functional Consultant experience in Business Process configuration, Rules, Calculated Fields, Reports, EIBs, Security.
  • Support related experience in handling Change requests and Incident management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Workday certifications are desirable.
Education required:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related careers.
  • Greater than 5 years of experience in Workday system support and configuration.
  • Advanced level of English (mandatory)
