Zorba Consulting India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as HR Delivery Head. As the HR Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR service delivery within our organization. This role is critical in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services to our employees.Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of HR service delivery, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes to support the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR service delivery and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Proven experience in HR service delivery, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
