The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.FE fundinfo is seeking an HR Data Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to support the Head of HR Operations and Transformation in proactively analysing and showcasing HR KPI metrics amongst the global employee population and across a suite of global HR processes.Your key responsibilities as a HR Data Analyst will be:

  • Build and analyse HR Datasets to support HR reporting dashboards. Continuously review existing reporting with a view to improving, re-designing and making them fit for purpose for a number of internal audiences (ranging from HR stakeholders to senior business leaders)
  • Review global HR processes to define which KPI metrics we need to begin tracking: define KPIs, tracking mechanism and dashboard criteria.
  • Responsible for monitoring regular tracking of these KPIs and following up with relevant process/data owners accordingly to ensure data is captured
  • Work closely with each of the local HR teams situated in country to understand which local processes we can align to global standards to support in KPI monitoring
  • Respond to ad hoc data analysis requests from the Chief People Officer, Head of HR Operations and Transformation and the wider HR team. Anticipate future requests by pro-actively sourcing data and compiling analysis
  • Work closely with finance to understand and support the cross functional headcount dashboards that are produced monthly
  • Support the HRIS Specialist in maintaining data integrity and meeting reporting requirements in People Hub (Sage) as well as any other HR data related projects required.
  • Support the HR Ops and Employee Experience team in ad hoc initiatives and projects
To join us as a HR Data Analyst you will need the following key technical skills
  • You must have a certification in HR data analytics
  • You ideally will have 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in data analysis, ideally with HR data
  • You must have a knowledge and understanding of HR datasets and how they are used to measure people performance
  • You will have an experience of creating, analysing and communicating data to stakeholders
  • You must have the ability to question and challenge data to provide valuable insight for HR
  • You will ideally have a dashboard tool experience such as Tableau & Power BI
  • You will have an excellent Excel & PowerPoint skillsto an advanced level
  • You will ideally have an experience of working in and with an HRIS
  • You will ideally have experience of data automation / robotics in excel
  • Any specific Sage HRIS experience would be an advantage
