HR cum Operations Assistant (Female)

Location: Sharath Apparels - Market Road, Ernakulam, Kerala

We are accepting applications from female candidates residing in Ernakulam only. Age - Below 25 years. Should be available to work for at least one year. Working Hours: Mon-Sat 9AM to 7PM. Kindly do not apply if you do not meet these criteria.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Cum Operations Assistant with 0-2 year of experience to join our team. This role is for a Kurthi Manufacturing firm (Wholesale dealer) in Market Road, Ernakulam. We are looking for a smart candidate with strong communication skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by facilitating orientation sessions, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for new recruits.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring compliance.

Training and Development: Coordinate meetings, internal trainings and other growth initiatives to achieve the development of employees and the department

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Exercise discretion and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive HR-related information.

Operations:

Handle various administrative tasks and operational activities

Oversee, streamline and improve the operational efficiency

Assist superiors in improving the key result areas of the business

Develop process, systems and controls in the departments

Candidate should have the basic knowledge in Recruitment, Attendance Management, Payroll Process, Statutory Works, Process, Systems, Controls, Audits, HR principles and practices, Operations, and all Departments of the business

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR and operations roles is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: ?13,000.00 - ? 15,000.00 per month
