Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update PF records for all employees. Ensure accurate and timely PF contribution calculations. Prepare and submit PF reports to the relevant authorities. Stay informed about current PF laws and regulations. Ensure the organization\'s compliance with PF-related requirements. Address any legal or regulatory issues related to PF.Educate employees about the PF scheme, its benefits, and their contributions. Address employee queries and concerns related to PF. Maintain organized and up-to-date PF-related documentation. Prepare and maintain PF account statements for employees. Assist employees in filing PF withdrawal or transfer claims. Follow up on claim processing and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare for and assist with internal and external PF audits. Ensure that all PF records are readily available for inspection. Generate and provide periodic reports on PF contributions, withdrawals, and other related metrics to management. Continuously review and improve PF-related processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Identify and implement automation solutions where applicable. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in HR with a specific focus on PF administration is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of PF regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
