  • Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection.
  • Assign daily tasks & supervise office boys in their activities.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist on IT support. ...
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs
  • Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on regular basis.
  • Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt.
  • Assisting New Joiners with welcome kit, desk allocation, and documentation.
  • Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, board meetings and other official activities.
  • Organizing team building activities along with monthly birthday/ work anniversary celebrations.
  • Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams.
