Job Description

Job Purpose:

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR activities and initiatives within the organization. This role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, administering employee benefits, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.

2. Employee Relations:

- Handle day-to-day inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

3. Training and Development:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops as required by the organization.

- Track employee training completion and maintain training records.

- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs.

4. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

- Process payroll and ensure accuracy in payroll computations.

- Assist in annual performance review processes and salary adjustments.

5. HR Administration:

- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

- Maintain HR databases and employee files in compliance with legal requirements.

- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
