Position Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
• Support employee relations initiatives by responding to employee inquiries, addressing employee concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
• Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations and tracking performance improvement plans.
• Manage payroll processing, including verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.

### Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an HR support role or administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required
