Position Overview HR Coordinator : The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and fostering a positive working environment. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Payroll and Benefits:

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage vendor trackers for all HR processes.. Recruitment Support:
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and sharing interview feedback with partners promptly.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage FSE (Field Sales Executives) sourcing trackers. Vendor Management:
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and manage the vendor tracker for all HR processes, ensuring vendor performance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Release of offer letters within the SLA. Compliance and Documentation:
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare KYC data for compliance purposes, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the automation of HR-related sheets and processes. Employee Relations:
\xe2\x97\x8f Handle employee grievances and provide resolution support.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with cluster teams to address HR concerns and issues. Reporting and Dashboards:
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and data.
General HR Coordination: \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment and HR management processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
\xe2\x97\x8f Resolve concerns and issues raised by the Care Team promptly and effectively. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred). \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be an expert in Excel, Google Spreadsheets and Google Data studio dashboards.Functions like ( Countifs, Sumifs, Vlookups,
Importrange, Query functions, Pivot tables, Unique, Conditional formatting,
