We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and assisting with the implementation of various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor regulations and laws.
