Position - Deputy Manager/Manager - HR ComplianceLocation- Gurugram, Haryana Educational Qualification - Post GraduateWork Experience- 10 to 15 years in the similar field Roles and responsibilities: To handle the Establishment related compliance activities of clients. To review status of S&E, CLRA & trade licenses with team and drive for it\'s completion. Follow up with the team on notice/inspection status and drive for it\'s closure. Coordinate with clients for timely completion of operational activities. Effective follow-up to ensure on outstanding payments for invoices raised. Ensure that the team members are following all the compliance activities of clients as per the laid down timelines. Experience of handling team and conduct regular training session for the team. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Head. Preferred behavior traits: Leadership and team handling skills Proactive and self starter, Good communication and interpersonal skills Remuneration- As per the industry standard.
