Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle routine labour relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements, refers complex matters to appropriate management staff. Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of all Labour Laws & Compliance under the Law. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of Statutory compliance i.e PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, PF Claims etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be responsible for all type of liasioning process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Look after admin work of factory \xe2\x80\xa2 Look after attendance management of factory staff & workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have excellent knowledge of MS-Excel.
