Roles and responsibilitieso Streamlining HR Practices in Vendor Companies through regular Audits and Reviewo Tracking, monitoring and providing support to Unionized Vendor plants with respect to Wage Settlemento Organizing Monthly HR Knowledge Sharing Session for Plant Heads and HR Heads of Vendor Plantso Organizing regular meetings with individual Vendor Plants Plant Heads HR Headso Need based Support to Vendor Plants, whenever Requiredo Support in organizing CEO and Senior Management Sensitization Workshopo Pulse-Reading and developing strong Communication link in Vendor PlantsQualification ExperiencePG/Master s Business Admin or MSW or MPM with specialization in HR with7-10 years relevant experienceBehavioral\xc2\xb7 Networking Good Interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact with the seniors\xc2\xb7 Strong follow up and ability to coordinate.\xc2\xb7 Adhering to timelines\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication Skills\xc2\xb7 Creativity taking initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry/ Company/ Economy other sectorsFunctional\xc2\xb7 Understanding of MSIL systems and processes\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of HR systems and processes (Labor Laws, Statutory Compliances)
