Hr Business Partner
Job Description
? Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
? Must effectively engage with stakeholders for timely closure of the open mandates.
? Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and priorities.
? Should advise and assist business leaders on HR-related matters, including employee
relations, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
? Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations if necessary.
? Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
? Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
