Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders and managers in the company, providing effective HR solutions and support.- Oversee the management of HR operations for 10+ stores, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.- Handle HR activities for the Mumbai Pune location, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, keeping up-to-date with legal changes and proactively implementing necessary measures.- Act as a point of contact for industrial relations, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders such as labor unions and government bodies.- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of conflicts and disciplinary actions.- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance HR knowledge and skills among managers and employees.- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive strategies to address issues related to employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support in areas such as employee engagement surveys, HR policy development, and organizational development.Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Master\'s degree in HRM or MBA is preferred.- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a focus on managing multiple stores and handling HR activities in the Mumbai-Pune region.- Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations practices in India.- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using MS Office Suite.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to HR.
