Job Purpose and ImpactThe Human Resources Plant Business Partner, based at the Krishnapatnam plant shall partner with Cargillxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s Food and Bio (CFB) business to execute and deliver moderately complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. In this role, you will provide support to key stakeholders and analyze metrics for the Krishnapatnam plant.Key Accountabilitiesxc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Partner with key leaders on the execution of moderately complex local people and culture plans.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks for the plant while also building an inclusive culture.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Support execution of workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Communicate and adopt diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Leverage moderately complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Provide support to plant supervisors and employees, act as the first point of contact for related questions, onboard new employees, triage every day grievance matters support leave management and manage on site audits.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Minimum of two years of related work experience.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Other minimum qualifications may apply.Preferred Qualifications
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Years of experience: 7 xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 11 years.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Fluent in speaking Telugu.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Full time MBA / Masters specializing in Human Resources.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Candidates who have moved into a corporate/sales role with at least 2 years of past plant experience shall have an added advantage.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Strong experience in driving talent capability, DEI, employee engagement and performance activities.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Hands-on experience in working directly with local authorities (example: local panchayat).
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Should have plant experience in a manufacturing set-up (at least mid-sized).
