You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.Your Role: * Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions to drive business success.

• Talent Management: Implement talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including culture transformation, change management, and leadership development.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs to foster a positive employee experience, improve engagement, and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
• HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
• HR Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies, practices, and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and business transformation.
• HR Projects: Manage and execute HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and partnership to drive HR initiatives forward.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• Atleast 10 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
