Build effective business relationships with internal stakeholders both with Business and COE\'s to proactively support to their needs.
Gather a strong understanding of business and align the HR goals to business goals. Take ownership of all human resources matters such as performance management, leadership development, talent review, succession planning, employee pulse, employee relations and grievance handling, employee retention, implementation of organizational changes.
Act as a Change agent within the organization to support change management efforts involving organizational redesign, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance.
Support and lead the implementation of local and global projects/initiatives within HR and across the business
Provide HR Partnering, management, coaching and counselling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business goals
Respond to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs. Operate as first point of contact for HR-related queries and work in conjunction with business leaders and line managers on employee issues.
