We are seeking an HRBP with 5-10 years of experience who excels at strategically partnering with leadership to drive business objectives and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and HR expertise. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in aligning our HR initiatives with business goals, promoting organizational effectiveness, and creating a positive work environment.
What you'll do:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Develop, interpret and implement comprehensive employment policies that reflect best practices and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Design and deliver engaging training and development opportunities to cultivate employee skills.
• Implement and manage a robust performance management system, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and happy work environment.
• Lead organizational restructuring efforts to optimize efficiency and align with business goals ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
• Develop and manage rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent. Oversee onboarding, employee development, and succession planning.
• Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular market analyses to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, staying current with HR trends and regulatory changes.
• Utilize HR analytics to drive strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements
• At least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role, preferably in a start-up setup.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Strong business acumen along with engaging & highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, and high-growth work environment.
• Ability to connect with people across teams and levels & successfully lead them.
