Job Description


Role Overview:-
As an HR Business Partner for the Corporate Technology division, you will work closely with the IT and HR Functional Team. The candidate will support the corporate
technology division in the implementation, maintenance, and overall deliverables of the Human Resource Information System during the new application rollout.

Direct Reports N/AKey Responsibilities:-

  • Participation in the systems development life cycle, that the proposed system/solution delivers the expected deliverable and ensures that these systems function smoothly and are stable with every new change and release.
  • Suggest, formulate, and document solutions to meet the business units/department needs and ensure that proposed changes are in the overall interests of future HR
  • Technology roadmap.
  • Escalate functional issues and conflicts and make recommendations for potential solutions.Maintain a repository of documented HR processes.
  • Work closely with Vendors, CTO, and internal IT project team to drive the Program and Project management of HCM Digitalization and change management activities to achieve organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate and contribute to identifying and delivering suitable Technology initiatives and projects in the HR domain.
  • Be the single point of contact between identified Technology partner and in effective and efficient program and project management as well as version upgrades and
  • improvement patches post-implementation.
Key Requirements:
Looking for an enthusiastic professional who must be a Self-motivator, take accountability, and be efficient in accomplishing tasks. A proven capability to optimize processes and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • 10-12 Years of demonstrated experience in an HR IT Business partner role with relevant industry experience and exposure in MNC and multicultural environments.
  • Team Oriented: Coordinate and work with a high-performing team, influence, and motivate key stakeholders, and upskill.
  • Proven ability to implement end-to-end HCM technology modules from Hire to Retire as well as Analytics modules including the creation of high-level dashboards for top management as well as a functional dashboard for HR leadership and team members.
  • Process oriented with solid problem-solving skills, sound judgment and creativity.
  • Flexibility to perform in a dynamic work environment, under tight time constraints with
  • the ability to prioritize work and deliver needed results.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • Project management skills- Good to have.Others

Travel As deemed.
Languages Bilingual (English and Hindi)
