Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of corporate human resources experience in India required
Thorough knowledge of India employment-related laws and regulations
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
Experience in maintaining an HRIS and/or ATS
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to handle various job
assignments
Ability to handle confidential information with the upmost professionalism
