ResponsibilitiesWork as a strategic business partner to our Hyderabad, India organization on all people related opportunities.xc2xb7 Responsible for building trust-based relationships with the business leaders, people managers, and individual contributors.xc2xb7 Provide consultative advice and support to managers to address complex issues impacting the business, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people.xc2xb7 Partner with Talent team to roll out all key people processes (check-ins, compensation reviews, benefits, development programs, HR Operations) while owning these cyclical HR processes for the Technology function including engagement survey, performance management and merit cycle processes.xc2xb7 Policy Development, Interpretation & Administration including maintaining employee handbook, HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as required, to adhere to new regulationsxc2xb7 Utilize data to drive key insights and decisions around growth, retention, and people initiativesxc2xb7 Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal as needed/requiredxc2xb7 Support growth via organizational design and planning, building accountability, and structuring ways of working and making decisions.xc2xb7 Partner with the business to design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning support, change management and team building.xc2xb7 Act as a key change agent to initiate, facilitate and manage changes through effective planning, communication and coachingxc2xb7 Partner with Talent Development team to positively impact management development.as well as individual professional development at the staff level.xc2xb7 Advise people managers to effectively manage employee Leave of Absences, Short-term Disability, FMLA requests and unemployment claimsxc2xb7 Ensure understanding by employees as well as ensuring compliance to policy and legal requirementsxc2xb7 Partner with management to optimize employee engagement levels by analyzing and communicating annualxc2xb7 Engagement Survey results and recommend actions to support employee retentionxc2xb7 Create and manage library and job codes.xc2xb7 Work closely with Total Rewards team to provide guidance, recommendations and support the needs of specific client group related to job evaluation and market pricing, compensation and incentives.
Qualifications10-12 years of experience in broad-based human resources function with advanced knowledge of Human Resource discipline in tech organizations.xc2xb7 MBA in Human Resources preferredxc2xb7 Prior employee relations experience requiredxc2xb7 Proven track record of successfully working at all levels of the organization, demonstrating influence and client consulting skills with employees, managers and senior leadershipxc2xb7 Demonstrated ability to understand complex business issues and develop HR initiatives/actions to support broad business strategiesxc2xb7 Operates with a high sense of urgency and initiative; able to proactively anticipate issues while providing viable, alternative solutions to the business xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; skilled in communicating with diverse clients, both 1:1 and in large groupsxc2xb7 Displays courage and confidence when tacking tough coaching situations while maintaining trusting client relationshipxc2xb7 Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.xc2xb7 Prior experience working with Human Resource Information Systems/solution (HRIS) requiredxc2xb7 Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.xc2xb7 Strong consulting, business acumen, and analytical skills.xc2xb7 Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and partnerships at all levels of an organization.xc2xb7 Excellent leadership, project management, and presentation skills.xc2xb7 Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes which govern policies and practices of hiring compensation and benefits and general employmentxc2xb7 PHR or SPHR designation or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
