About the Role:

? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) a dynamic self-starter who can hit the ground running as part of a high performing team As an HRBP, You will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to align HR practices with our organizational goals, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to our overall success. ### Who should apply?

• 5+years of experience in building HRBP function in Saas product companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.

### Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
