Role : HR Business PartnerPOSITION SUMMARY:HR Business Partner is an experienced HR professional with the previous practice from the various business areas, a detailed knowledge of the business and the ability to identify quickly gaps in the operation of the internal client, addressing them using HR tools.
Among the main responsibilities, the HR Business Partner will support the operation to find the best way how to implement policies and procedures, will be able to prioritize the impact of the solutions and quick wins, supporting the line managers on their people management role.
The HR Business Partner is expected to coach the line managers and to support managers on developing the successors and talent pipeline. It is also expected that the HR BP knows personally the High Potential associates and be able to obtain the formal and informal feedback, which can be highly significant for the managerial decisions about the people management.RESPONSIBILITIES:
