Our team is committed to delivering exceptional HR services, driving organizational success, and enhancing employee satisfaction. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to manage employee relations, drive talent development, and provide strategic HR guidance. You will report into the Associate Director- HR.On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Partner with LMs enabling strong leadership, performance, development and organizational governance.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of LMs to role of HoS (e.g. HoD onboarding training, sparring on being a new leader)
  • Work closely with HR Ops colleagues, ensuring communication and implementation of HR policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and work in close collaboration with senior HRBP to finalise and execute the training calendar in India.
  • Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Provide support in addressing employee grievances and conflicts, escalating issues to the Senior Business Partner as needed.
  • Support Senior HRBP with coordination and analysis on specific projects/ initiatives such as PDP process, people review, talent management, organisation development related initiatives, etc.
  • Provide support for various HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • Hold a Bachelors/master\'s degree in human resources and have 7-10 years\' experience in HR Business partnering preferably in an international organization.
  • Have ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, management, and employees.
  • Have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills paired with a high attention to detail.
  • Be good at managing time and can prioritize tasks while working independently.
  • Have ability to Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Be highly proficient in word, PowerPoint & excel
