HR Business Partner - Bangalore :- Incumbent will manage HRBP Portfolio for Technology and Non-Tech workforce in a growing organization, building GCC in Bangalore.- She/He will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle from employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Retention, Career Planning & Mobility, promotions, performance management etc.- Candidate will be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business and organizational priorities.- Should be open to work in an unstructured environment (start up mode).- Managing and influencing business stakeholders- HR Advisory- Employee RelationsWork Mode: 5 Days work from Office
